Top chocolatier William Curley has crafted these stunning truffles using GUINNESS and the best dark cacao from South America. It’s the bittersweet, rich flavours of the Black Stuff that combine so well with the oozing cocoa mass. William has a tale to tell about why the soft inside is called a ganache. He surrounds this with a harder, tempered coating, followed by a dusting of chocolate powder on the outside. Absolutely delicious! William has worked with top chefs Raymond Blanc, Marco Pierre White and Pierre Koffmann. He has two shops in London and just loves his chocolate!
